Sweetbox成立于1995年。最先由TinaHarris擔(dān)任主唱。95年推出首只單曲《Booyah Here We Go》，隔年發(fā)行第二張單曲《Shakalaka》，在紐約的舞曲榜3周冠軍。97年一首取樣自巴哈名曲《G弦之歌》的《Everything’s Gonna Be Alright》傳唱全球，在英國(guó)、全歐洲日本與美國(guó)告示牌都登上銷售排行。不僅如此，Sweetbox還贏得了日本葛萊美點(diǎn)播榜Top10中停留了8周之久。如此耀眼的成績(jī)，讓Sweetbox的專輯被全球47個(gè)國(guó)家發(fā)行，一共創(chuàng)下了3千萬張的絕佳銷售。

　　1998年Tina離開，Sweetbox短暫告別歌壇。1999當(dāng)Geo在一次偶然的機(jī)會(huì)下碰到了Jade Villalon(現(xiàn)任主唱)，不論是Jade的歌聲、音樂內(nèi)涵、才華或是親和迷人的個(gè)性，都令Geo意識(shí)到這就是他尋覓以久的Sweetbox的新主人，幾周之后，Sweetbox就此重生，才華洋溢的Jade帶著新的Sweetbox再次驚艷世界。
