樂團(tuán)核心人物DJ Novus，在1995年受到Rave Party于全球引起風(fēng)潮的影響，而促使Novus立志當(dāng)位出色DJ，經(jīng)過一番努力之后，在當(dāng)?shù)馗鞔笮【銟凡恳约拔钑?huì)當(dāng)中，迅速成為知名度頗高之DJ。2001年與Alex Konarad組織起Groove Coverage，一首翻唱Mike Oldfields經(jīng)典作“Moonlight Shadow”，換上鮮亮電子彩衣，贏得14周盤旋德國(guó)榜Top20紀(jì)錄，累積銷售25萬(wàn)張，并獲取Echo音樂獎(jiǎng)提名。2002年底推出首張專輯‘Cover Girl’，其中幫腔助陣的幕后演唱大功臣Verena以及Mell，都為歌曲增添更迷人聲線。經(jīng)過七首Top20單曲后，Groove Coverage已成為歐洲最具代表舞曲團(tuán)體之一，甚至在英、美兩地展開巡回演出。
