這是太陽馬戲團(tuán)2006年年度巨獻(xiàn)LOVE，一出榮耀披頭四合唱團(tuán)音樂傳奇的超級戲碼。透過60位跨越國際的藝術(shù)表演者嘆為觀止的空中表演、極限體能動作，與充滿青春爆發(fā)力、都會活力的舞蹈表演的演繹，LOVE將披頭四歌曲中的盎然生氣與玩世不恭的音樂性格表露無遺。



由喬治哈里森(George Harrison)與太陽馬戲團(tuán)創(chuàng)辦人蓋勒萊柏提(Guy Laliberte)這兩位私交甚篤的朋友孕育而成的LOVE，融合了太陽馬戲團(tuán)的神奇魅力與史上最受歡迎的搖滾樂團(tuán)的熱情與神采，營造一個生動活潑，賞心悅目，神采飛揚的的娛樂體驗。



在過去兩年中，披頭四專輯的制作巨擘-喬治馬汀爵士(Sir George Martin)與他同是著名音樂制作人的兒子吉爾斯馬汀(Giles Martin)，在著名的艾比路錄音室(Abbey Road Studios)中，從披頭四的音樂母帶中細(xì)心的雕琢。喬治將他在1960年代時所開創(chuàng)的錄音技術(shù)與當(dāng)代的錄音科技相結(jié)合，雕琢出一個獨特的音樂空間與景致。



LOVE于2006年6月30日在拉斯維加斯著名的金殿大飯店(The Mirage)首演，為了此一大秀，Mirage特地斥資ㄧ億美金將長期以來供作魔幻雙人組Siegfried& Roy”白老虎秀”的表演的場地改建成一個具有360度環(huán)繞座位、全景的影像透射裝置與環(huán)繞音響效果的華麗劇場，讓音樂與畫面之間相互傳動的視聽體驗，讓進(jìn)場看這出大秀的觀眾感受猶如置身在披頭四演唱會現(xiàn)場的臨場快感，創(chuàng)造出超強的戲劇張力。披頭四團(tuán)員保羅麥卡尼爵士、林哥史達(dá)、喬治哈里森的遺孀奧莉薇亞，以及約翰藍(lán)儂的遺孀小野洋子與兒子朱利安藍(lán)儂都出席了首演盛會。耀眼的星光大道上還有金發(fā)美女合唱團(tuán)(Blondie)的主唱黛柏拉哈莉(Deborah Harry)、艾美獎影集“黑道家族”(The Sopranos)男配角史蒂芬凡贊特(Steven Van Zandt)、多屆奧斯卡頒獎典禮主持人比利克里斯多(Billy Crystal)… 等。
